The Springfield College Sexual and Gender-based Misconduct Policy details the College’s procedures and practices in ensuring that students and employees are protected against unlawful acts of sexual violence, sexual harassment, sexual exploitation, domestic violence, dating violence, stalking, and other forms of gender-based discrimination.

Springfield College does not discriminate against pregnant or parenting students on the basis of pregnancy, childbirth, false pregnancy, miscarriage, abortion, or related conditions, including recovery. Students at Springfield College have the right to take medically necessary leave and to be free of harassment, intimidation, or other discrimination because of pregnancy-related conditions and have the right to return to the same academic and co-curricular standing following a leave for these purposes. As required by federal law, each year Springfield College prepares an annual Security and Fire Safety Report, commonly referred to as the Clery Report. The Report contains information regarding campus security and personal safety including topics such as crime prevention, safety, reporting policies, disciplinary procedures and other matters of importance related to security and safety on campus.
